작업을 시작할 때마다 내면 깊은 곳에서 감정의 파편들이 떠오른다. 그 조각들은 한데 모여 색과 형태로 엮이며, 빛과 그림자가 겹쳐진 풍경 속에서 스스로와 대화를 나누는 듯한 시간이 된다.
크로스의 형태에 허와 실의 색을 겹쳐 나가는 여정은 사랑과 진리, 위안과 치유의 색들이 교차하며 스며드는 과정이다. 변화하는 내면과 마주하는 순간 슬픔과 희망, 괴로움과 위로가 한 지점에서 만나 새로운 이야기를 만들어낸다.
크로스는 단순한 형상이 아니다. 그것은 걸어온 길이며 지금 서있는 교차로이다. 사랑의 따스함이 진리의 날카로움과 맞닿고 위안의 부드러움이 치유의 고통과 얽히는 순간, 색으로 이야기가 만들어진다. 그렇게 남겨진 흔적들은 작품 속에 고스란히 담긴다.
이 작업은 감정을 정리하고 표현하는 위안의 과정이다.동시에 크로스는 세상에 전하는 조용한 메세지이다.슬픔은 사랑으로, 괴로움은 치유로 이어진다.
지나온 길의 기록이며, 작품응 통해 이 메세지가 누군가에기 닿길 바라는 작은 희망이다.
Each time I begin my work, fragments of emotion rise from the depths within me.
They gather, intertwining into colors and forms, weaving a quiet moment of reflection—
a conversation with myself in a landscape where light and shadow embrace.
Layer by layer, I merge the hues of emptiness and substance within the form of a cross,
a journey where love meets truth, and solace flows into healing.
In these shifting depths of the self, sorrow and hope, pain and comfort converge,
giving birth to a new story.
The cross is more than a mere shape; it is the path I have traveled,
the crossroads where I now stand.
When the warmth of love brushes against the sharp edge of truth,
when the gentleness of solace entwines with the ache of healing,
a story unfolds in color, leaving behind traces of its passage.
This work is a quiet act of solace, a way of gathering and giving form to emotion.
And within the cross lies a whisper to the world—
that sorrow may turn to love, and suffering to healing.
It is a record of the journey, a hope left behind,
